    I just wonder if the CHILD LEARNING PROGRAM here in Mandaue City, Cebu Philippines is still under the umbrella of your organization. Because the amount that every parents has to pay I don't think is that of an organization which aims to help those in need. As for this year the school is requiring a registration fee of 2300 pesos that includes the 200pesos June tuition and 600pesos for the advance Jan-March tuition fee. Furthermore, the school also resquires the purchase of textbooks sold at 700pesos that includes three books which when bought in bookstores are only sold at 80 pesos,100pesos,and 125pesos. Lastly,why can't the said school give me the official receipt I have been asking for 3 years. THANK YOU
